We are pleased to offer a flu vaccination clinic for our students on November 7th, 2025 from 12 to 2 p.m. The vaccine clinic will be administered by Carroll County Public Health. 

There are two options for registering your student for this year's flu vaccine. 

The first option is completing the registration form online via OnSite Medical's secure, HIPAA-compliant platform Wellbility. 

The second option is to complete the paper registration form and return it to the main office by no later than November 6th, 2025. Hard copies can be picked up from the main office.
